1. Determining your Training Needs
1.1 To ensure that you are selecting the correct training for your establishment’s needs, please review the audience information and course specification for each of the courses.
1.2 For First Aid Training, we have produced a guidance document that we can make available to help you. Please contact the Health, Safety and Risk Service on 0121 704 6328 or at healthandsafetysupport@solihull.gov.uk for more information.

3. Booking Delegates onto a Course / an Exclusive Course
3.1 Please complete the booking form on the Solihull Protect portal.
3.2 If you need more than 6 people to attend the same training course, please contact us to determine whether hosting an exclusive course may offer better value.

If we are unable to provide you with an immediate date, we will put you on a waiting list and you will be contacted as a priority when new dates are added.
